Buster won't bark!

Buster & Mollie are from the same litter. Mollie has been an occasional barker since coming home at 8 wks. The are at five months now and other than a growl now and then at his sister he has been very quiet. Should I be concerned or should I consider myself lucky? Thanks, KK.

You can consider yourself lucky for now, but don't count your eggs before they hatch! Many dogs don't start barking until they get closer to adolesence. Tess started barking at about 8 months and hasn't taken a breath since!

It's not something to be concerned about in any case.

samson does not bark much now. (he's 9 months) but I know as he gets older he will.
