Also does anyone know how long it takes for your pics to get approved and added to the gallery?

Most photos are approved within a couple of days, though sometimes they may be approved within a few hours.

Thanks for all the feed back!! Brandy went to the vet this morning they gave her a shot of Dexamethasone and said to give her a pil and a half of Benadryl. We are aslo looking at the blanket she sleeps on, the vet told me to use a cotton blanket and do not use any fabric softner. So we will see if this works.

It could also be inhalation allergies; ie. pollen or some plant blooming in your yard. Scrapper just had a bout of terrible hives for about three days. Today they are gone. We did nothing different than usual, they came; now they have disappeared. In the meantime, I gave him benedryl to keep him comfortable. Who knows about something like that? :confused:

Yesterday I took Gunther to the vet because of bumps. A few had started around his neck about three weeks ago, right after his first day at doggy day care. We thought is was his collar because the dogs play in the kiddie pools and the collar stays wet all day. I changed the collar to a "breathable" one but the bumps started spreading and looking like hives. He also just recently started to sneeze (an inverted sneeze is what the vet called it. sounds like a pig snort). The Vet did a skin scrape and said the hives are an allergic reaction, probably due to something he ate, or a bug bite, or bee sting. She gave me an antibiotic because she detected some infection and a generic form of benadryl. From this thread I'm thinking it could be the seasonal change, as I can't think of what has changed in the last three weeks except two things: doggy daycare (which is only one day a week) and Gunther sleeps in our bed more. I also wondered than if it could be the bleach I wash our sheets in or the fabric of the blankets. Any ideas about that?

Im glad I read this post. Last nite I found two bumps on the top of Zander's head. the looked about mosquito bite sized... im going to call the vet tonite when I get home.
