Bumps on Skin

We just noticed that our 6 month old boxer has pimple-like bumps on her belly. Not sure what it is or what is possibly causing it. Bella is being treated for demodox mange and was just spayed 5 days ago. Anyone have any idea what this is or could be?

Are they bothering her at all? Itching?

Hard to say, could be mites, or even a reaction to any meds she is on after her spay?

My puppy had the same thing. The vet called it "puppy pyoderma" and said it was very common. If it is the same thing then it really is just puppy acne.

A round of antibiotics cleared it right up. Apparently this puppy acne can sometimes be related to food allergies, so you should check to see if she has any other signs of food allergy (itching, diarrhea, yeasty-ears etc).

Thank you both for your feedback. Bella has to go back to the doctor this Saturday to get her stiches out, so I will be sure to ask about both possible causes.
