Bump on Head - Conehead

I was just wondering, is it normal for the boxer to kind of have a cone head appearance. My pup is 9 months old, and he has always had a bump, it is definintely less pronounced then when he was really little, but I wonder will it ever go away? It doesn't matter b/c in my opinion he is the cutest dog ever. Just wondering.

Ruby my 10 month old boxer still has quite a cone shaped head, the other 2 who are 6 months don't. I am not sure if it goes, or if some boxers heads are more domed than others

Cone heads are normal. Both of mine have them at 6 months and 9 months. I have heard you should pick out the puppy with the biggest cone head, since they usually will have the best shaped head when they are older.

Max had a large conehead for quite a while but his head finally grew into it. He just turned one and it is all gone. Riley has a small one at 5 mos old. I love their little cone heads. So so cute!!

Zeb had one too, Lola didn't but Zeb looked so funny. It's going now though, he's growing into it

Don't worry our Dino had such a cone head he was nicknamed Dino Dome Head or Dino Dome Heed (if your Scottish)! It does go away as they grow up.
