Bull Terrier humping Boxer

Karma my BT keeps humping Brutus when he's chewing on a bone or something like that. Brutus just lets it happen and doesn't do anything except just chew on whatever it is he's chewing on. So I just wonder should I keep her from doing this or should I just let them carry out their little dog behavior?

I had this same problem when I brought my new rescue Grady home and my Weim could have cared less. I did not like seeing it so when he would get ready to mount I would say "off" very sternly. After about a week or 2 he got the hint and has not attempted it in several days. I think it is a way of showing dominance. GL
