We have made a decision and decided we definitely want a boxer or vizsla. (we will be very happy with either) Finding a breeder is the hard part though. We are looking for a boxer breeder near Seattle (i.e Washington, Oregon or BC) that has a litter on the ground or will soon.
We are only interested in breeders who care more about the dog than the money. Pet quality is fine because we are not interested in showing. However, we will most likely do some informal agility training just for exercise. (We are not interested in puppy mill dogs like the dozen+ I saw advertised in the Sunday paper yesterday) We will need to see the parents and documentation. We are also open to the breeder visiting our home to verify evironment.
