Gus is gone

Hi folks,
We had to put my baby down Friday afternoon. He was down all day and wouldn't eat or drink. I had a bad feeling Friday morning. I rushed home from work and my husband and I took him to our vet.

I have lost three before him, but it is HORRIBLE each time. ( What a stupid thing to say) He was the last of our original four. I am so lost. I have been in bed since Friday night, but am back to work this morning. I slept with his collar. I thought I heard him whining this morning.

Forgive my choppy sentences, I always do that when I am upset. Pray for me and my husband, we are taking it pretty hard.

Oh how sad. I am so sorry for your loss. you did the right thing no matter how hard it was for you. He's in a better place now, no more pain & suffering. You'll be in my thoughts & prayers. Godspeed precious baby....

Oh Tina I'm so sorry. You know you did everything you could for Gus, although that doesn't make the pain of losing him any easier. ((hugs)) to you and your husband. He is running free at the Bridge now with your others, watching down over you. He'll always be in your heart. Prayers for you and your family.

Tina, I am so sorry for your loss. Know in your heart that you did everything that you possibly could for Gus. He knows how much he was loved and is now watching over you,running and playing at the bridge. Sending hugs to you and your husband and keeping you in our thoughts and prayers.

Goodbye sweet boy

Sleeping with Gus' collar was sweetest thing I have heard in a long time. "Sweet little Gus, you are loved so much!" Magic, I am hoping so much that you will give Gus lots and lots of "Boxer Loves." Deeg and I are sending you "Boxer Hugs"
