Boxers Sharking?

I've got another one.

Chester is the ULTIMATE LICKER. Don't any of you try to tell me that your dog licks as much as Chester, because I won't believe you.

Anyways.....Chester LOVES to give ear kisses (especially when we're in the car). But, not only does he give ear kisses, but he give us some "Nibblins" too. Just a little bunch of really quick love nibbles between kisses just to let us know that he cares.

Bed Ears - I love it!

Samson has cropped ears and when he first wakes up he gets excited to see us...so the ears get (what looks like smaller) and sort of lay flat. It reminds me of a rabbit!

Ok, Beau did something last night that I haven't seen mentioned here.

He was chasing Samantha in the back yard with a squeaky toy in his mouth! So what do you call a boxer doing the burn while squeaking his toy at the same time??!! It was so cute to see them both and to hear him squeaking that toy!

Rowdy Boys,

Delilah has that puppy bark when she wants me . She has a much deeper protective bark . Samson does the woo Woo when she does the puppy bark. It sounds so funny.

"Fitted Lips" - When Delilah prances around with the toy dumbell in her mouth and her smooshy lips protrude like mad. It is hilarious.

"Boxer Push" - When I slowly and quietly approach Samson to play and he pushes me back with all four paws and legs locked in position, straight out, pressed against me. I have actually let my body weight (very momentarily) relax on him and he holds me up.

The other one I forgot to post is "Drive By Lick."
That is when either Oscar or Chloe (mostly Oscar) just walks by you and licks for no reason. This is especially effective in the summer with shorts on. Just one good lick, from ankle to hip usually covers it.

ROFL.. We call this the Walk by Licking.. Both Kinja and Angel do this.. Usually they hit the elbows and your knees.. they are so funny.. They LOVE to do this with Keldyn *our 4 yr old* She is the same hight as their heads so they always get her right up her face.. Of course she giggles like a fool..

Something else that mine do.. Is when one of the kids are laying on the floor they put their paws on each side of their face and lick, lick, lick,.. We call this the "get em" game.. It's hillarious.. I can yell GET EM GET EM GET EM.. and the kids are soaked with slobber.. They all love it..

My brindle boy does the exact same thing to his 15 yr old skin sister. She moves her head from side to side, teasing him, so then he plants a big ol' paw on her face to keep her from moving. She still tries to move her head, except she really can't since he has her held down pretty well. Then he gets the goofiest growl going, kinda a deep rumbling in his throat, which makes her giggle, which makes him do it even more, of course. I know that if anyone walked into the room that didn't know the 2 of them, they would think Buster was really chewing her up big time.

The best thing for a 75+lb brindle boy is a 15 yr old - he can now take her down no problem and they wrestle, wrestle, wrestle.

Best of buddies they are!

Mason does the car licking - he will stand in between the driver's seat and passenger seat and just lick and lick and lick at the side of my face and my ear - usually while we are at traffic lights - so people will stare, point and laugh!! I call it 'exfoliation by boxer!'
