The face that they have when laying on their backs, not angry or mad, I call the Gremlin face. Remember the movie The Gremlins. That's the only thing I have to compare it to.

Completely Boxer Crazy
"Floppy Chops" - This is when Samson or Tyra lay on their back and their lips sort of hang to the side.
"Elephant Stance" - When Samson is standing at the front door wanting back into the house, and when I get closer to the door, he starts shifting his weight slowly from foot to foot and his head swings slightly from side to side. I am giggling right now, just thinking of this!
"Catfish Chin" - Don't ask me...but sometimes their lips, the way they hold them, along with their teeth, remind me of a catfish!
This is so much fun!

I think I have seen Oscar do the Elephant stance, too. He, too, waits patiently at the door while I wipe Chloe's feet first before they come inside. He does shift back and forth, bobbing his head a little, waiting his turn.

When our girls are playing hard and running fast their ears flop back so that all you see are puffy pink insides. We started calling them "Puff Balls" when their ears stay back and they won't fix them. ( See http://www.boxerworld.com/cgi-bin/photo/index.pl?photo=13221) The first time one of them did this with her ears I laughed so hard because they were acting so tough and wild and ended up looking so silly.
Mia and Marcella also so Scary Eyes, Floppy Chops, Boxer Brat and Frog Legs (or Dead Chicken).

These are all so funny. Chris W., we call it the ostrich too. She buries her head in the coushins but is still standing up with her butt and tail sticking right into the air. You can't see her head at all. It is all too funny.
Sometimes Madison will attach herself to my leg as I walk. It's like a kid sitting on his/her parents foot and hanging on to their leg as they try to walk. It's funny. Madison reminds me more of a little kid than a dog. :p

LOL cool thread, here's my list of funny names for Boxer antics.
Flab resting: When they rest that big ol' moosh on your lap and generally leave behind a semi circle.
Moosh rubbing: When they decide to use your doona/pillow as a napkin to clean their faces.
Ung unging: What some of you have described as 'flea biting' or 'corn cobbing' because it makes a funny ung ung sound if you know what I mean,

Skinned rabbit: When Hannah is stretched out on her back, she looks like a skinned rabbit.
Racing ears: When their ears are folded back, looks like they have been going very fast, hence racing ears.
Straight back'ing: When Jed sits up in his chair with his back as straight as a pole and his front legs are out in front of him holding him up, he usually falls asleep like this and looks very silly!
Flab blowouts: When they are asleep and they blow air out of their flews and its makes a raspberry kinda sound.
Our boxers are TOO funny!!
