Boxers Sharking?

My husband calls it....."The Cow"

It's when our big boy Clyde comes up for his rubs (you know by pushing his nose under your hand). Anyways, he stands on the ground with his had hung almost all the way to the floor, while we rub and scratch every inch of him. He looks like a cow grazing. He loves his rubs so much that he won't move an inch for fear that we may stop the rubbing.

Now I want to go home and rub him.

My Demas' bottom lip, I swear it could be on a person. I always look at him when he is sticking it out and I'm pretty sure there is nothing I wouldn't do for him!! He has me wrapped!

My neice was the first one to coin the "human Lip" in our family. It is definitely something that makes me weak! It will start quivering and it is all over...

The combination of Elvis Lip and Human Lip quivering and Cole can have whatever he wants. And I think he knows it.

I love boxers so much. I know I will always have one (or two) in my life.

Also for the after dinner slobber, I heard someone on BW coin it as "Juicy Jaws"

Stickin their nose/mugg in your backside. Gets a response every time, which is their intention, without question.

Hey Cindy,
My Oscar and Chloe do that too! Chloe(who is the mom) loves to snuggle beside me on the couch when watch tv. Oscar usually plays in the floor with toys. When he gets tired of playing by himself, he gets on the couch and stands on top of/over top of Chloe until she moves. Then, he curls up in a little ball right in her spot. I feel so bad for her. I invite her back up, but she will go to the far end of the couch and lay by herself. I don't know how she keeps getting fooled by this.

The other one I forgot to post is "Drive By Lick."
That is when either Oscar or Chloe (mostly Oscar) just walks by you and licks for no reason. This is especially effective in the summer with shorts on. Just one good lick, from ankle to hip usually covers it.

What is it with boxers and licking? Is there any way to break this? Or do we just accept the extra baths?

My husband and I have started grabbing Chester's tongue when he licks (he is the ULTIMATE licker). Now, he's so afraid that we'll grab his tongue, that he only licks when he knows we're not looking.

Psycho Dog Eyes

Does anyone else know what this looks like? Sometimes Oscar and Chloe will be playing and whoever is on the floor, on their back will look up and honestly, it's scares me!! They will have the scariest look in their eyes. I know that they are not mad/angry, they are only playing, but if looks could kill. . .
I think is has something to do with the loose skin laying funny on their faces when they lay down.

Crazy Eyes

There is a movie called The New Guy. In this movie, the kid whips his head around and his eyes bulge out in this crazy way - they call it "crazy eyes".

I was taking the boys out to potty back when we lived in the apartment and there were some teenagers sitting on the stairs. As we walked past them, Omar stopped, whipped his head around and I swear, gave them "crazy eyes". One boy was so scared he ran up the stairs. LOL :D

Samantha has scary eyes when she is playing, standing up but not lying down! She widens her eyes, and there is more white showing! Then, I know than lots of running and chasing will soon begin!!:D
