Boxers + glass door = ?

TROUBLE thats what! :eek: I let the dogs outside yesterday, and for some reason Duke got overly excited and boxed the glass in my backdoor and busted it, I can't believe he came out with not a scratch on him! So it was a little chilly in our house last night, ( nearest home improvement store is 45 minutes away), but today we went to Lowe's and got a new piece cut for it. Duke just sat there and watched the whole time we were replacing it like , " Did I do that?"

Luckily our glass doors are toughened safety glass (it's the law I think here) as Zeb hammers on it sometimes when I feed Casper and he wants to get in the kitchen to pinch it off him (have to shut Lola & Zeb in the conservatory)
He must have packed a mighty thud to have broken it, glad he's ok.

glad to hear he wasnt hurt. maxi once ran straight into our sliding door and almost knocked herself out luckily the glass didnt break.

A few years back, my mom's white girl, Bunni, jumped through a glass door. Unfortunately, she severed a main artery in her leg and almost bled to death, but we got her to the vet just in time. She still has a nice scar from it!

My glass doors are doing ok but the screen on the patio door is history. Riley thought she could run out it when she saw a bird on the patio.

I know all too well how scary that is. Brady severed the main artery in his leg on Valentine's day and we had a terrible snowstorm. I thought for sure he was going to bleed to death by the time we found an open vet and got him there. Fortunately, we got him there, he got surgery and came home the next day. Still has a nasty scar but that's ok. Know, if I only knew for sure what cut him...

WE have tons of glass doors mine will scratch them to get in but have never broken one Glad Duke is OK!!!

glad duke is okay.. i can never leave any door open and just have the storm door there cuz princess always boxes the door and lets herself out!
