Can anyone out there from the Kansas City area guid me in the direction of a place to go for obediance training? We have a 6 year old male boxer and a 12 week female boxer puppy. I did obediance training with the 6 year old years ago when we first adopted him and I want to seek out help with the puppy. Most traditional methods did not work with the 6 year old so we left training and finished on our own. He was the only boxer in the class and was either too smart for some of the material covered, or at times was too stubborn to work with the rest of the class. Imagine a boxer wanting to work only on his terms? He finally grew up and is great, well behaved and well mannered, however I would welcome the advise and help of an expert in this area that works with primarily with boxers.
