Boxer the bathtime buddy

LOL...Frankie has this strange, habit I guess I will call it, where he sits at the side of the bathtub while I or DH is taking a bath, and sets and licks our arm, over and over and over...(our wet arm) Anyone have one of these (boxer bathtime buddy)?

Yep, Dozer is my bathtub buddy Sometimes I don't know why I even put water in the tub. He will lick every possible inch he can reach. Then he likes to stand on the edge of the tub so Mommy can wash his face and chin. Such a crazy boy !! Wackicon

Roxy is exactly the same!!!!!

Everytime she hears anyone walk into the bathroom she's in there like a bullet!!!!!
She'll sit just outside the shower screen, and then every now and then you'll see her tongue shoot under the screen to get to the water......its hilarious!!!!
Then when you get out of the shower, all she wants to do is lick your legs....kinda defeats the purpose of having a shower in the first place.
Gotta love it though!!!!!

I think every house that has a boxer has

at least one or two bathtime buddies, chief was the best though he would st so his paws would dangle in the water & every now & then would stick his tongue in the water, I remember one day he tried getting in too!
But molly & major are the same so are our two cats! they all walk patrol around the rim....(sunken bath)

Know what you mean!! I make Ozzy sit/stay when I take a bath because he will try and eat all my bubble bath. When I'm in the hot tub outside he will lick all around the top. Showers too, he will lick all legs if I let him when we get out of the shower too. Crazy dogs! Boxer tubbies!

Imagine the nerve of us trying to do something that doesn't involve our babies! hehe Layla will sit by the side of the whirlpool and put her head on the side and look at you with the cutest eyes, "Please mommy can I join you, I just know I could fit in their wif you.." Or she will have her back feet on the step up and her front feet on the whirlpool and look down at you with all her wrinkles on her face falling forward and whine. She makes me laugh everytime! Such a spoiled brat...

Yes, Tyson loves the shower! If I keep the curtain shut, he'll sit there and cry because he wants to see mom and lick at my legs and the shower.

Otis LOVES the shower....if it's not him in there that is! When anyone is showering, he loves to stick his head in there and try to catch the drops of water from the shower. Makes a big mess too! Silly Boy!
