Hi everyone,

It's been a while since Piston and I have said hi. I have a question, do all boxers snore? I know that's stupid, but I'm curious.

Also, the snoring is cute...but I worry as she gets older it will obviously get louder and probably unbearable to sleep near. She and her big brother both sleep in our room on the ground. I really don't know how she will take it if her snoring gets so bad we have to make her sleep in another room. Obviously we'd put Ty in there with her, but I think she'd still cry forever! Has anyone experienced this? How would you suggest that I break her of sleeping in our room if it ever becomes unbearable?

Thanks!

My Tess doesn't snore very loud, but Conner saws logs. My parents' boxer, Reno, is 8 yrs old and she is VERY LOUD. I'm not sure if it's age that causes her to snore so loud or if she was always like that (rescue). So, I guess my answer is, "I'm not sure." :D Conner's position seems to contribute to his snoring. If he's on his back or propped up, he snores much more.

My guys aren't too bad, but with the smushed boxer faces, snoring is definitely likely. Roxy does snore sometimes, Ruckus just usually smacks his lips (so annoying sometimes, but I love him!)

Duchess has always snored. The loudness usually depends on the way she is sleeping. If she gets too loud we just tap her or move her until she quiets down.

So Loud!!

Seriously, Piston can be ridiculous. She snores SO loud and she's still small! It's pretty funny but I just hope I don't have to confine her to another side of the house when she gets older!

Lol poor you guys. I cant sleep with a ticking clock let alone a snoring boxer! I heard on here that lavender behind the ears helps? Maybe a search will help find the thread :) I find if Lily has her head propped up she snores, but after i move her she stops.

My Titan snores really bad at nights- he sleeps in the middle of the house and I can hear him at the other end of the house. But I can't stand a person's snoring, drives me insane, but somehow Titan's snoring I can somewhat put up with. His sister doesn't snore quite so loud, but she lets out these little "puffs" of air as she exhales--it's really cute.

I should let my wife post this reply. Duke is very loud, and I cant lie, so am I. My wife does not get much sleep, and usually goes to another room.
