It's that time of year again! Time to to carve the pumpkins! Better Homes and Gardens still has their boxer stencil online. I didn't get to try this last year because I was traveling and will be traveling again this year, so I still may not get to do it. :( I'll be at my mom's so maybe I can squeeze it in! However I thought I would share the link for others....

That's awesome, thanks!! I just might have to try that.

I was at a Cracker Barrel restaurant the other day and they had a bunch of big statues of dogs wearing halloween costumes - there was a boxer dressed up as a boxer. It was wearing a hoodie and had boxing gloves draped around its neck. It was cute!

I plan on making 2 pumpkin this year!

I want to try this one and also a boxer silhouette. I want to make a stencil with a silhouette I found online.
I will scrape where it's black and cut where it's white in the silhouette to let the light through.

hubby and i used the stencil to carve the boxer pumpkin last year, and it was much easier than we thought.

we used our dremmel tool with the different attachments - the tiny little drill bit type thingie to cut along the lines and the smaller round attachment with the sandpaper like material to scrape the skin off of the pumpkin - and it worked very well.

neither of us is even a bit crafty or artistic, so if we can pull it off, anyone can!
