I saw this site on a post from Dasia's Daddy. They set up a boxer bash the 1st saturday of every month and the members vote on what location it will be at. Voting begins for the Decmber/Seattle area bash on Nov 13th. Maybe we can get a large turnout. Maybe I will see some of you there. Take care all.

great concept

Boxer meetup is a good idea. But as others said, I wonder how often an actual "meet up" gets scheduled and agreed on.

I looked at my area and the meetup places were Petsmart, Petco, etc. Why on earth would you want to meet a pet store?? I'd rather go to a park where the dogs could play.
I'm sure the store wouldn't appreciate a bunch of rowdy boxers showing up at the store either.

Just as an aside, I don't know what part of Washington you're in, but if you're in SW, you may want to consider coming to Portland for our monthly boxer play day. It's the second Sunday of every month at noon at North Clackamas Park in Milwaukie.
I'm sure the next few months will probably be weather pemitting and there may not be much of a turnout.

I gave up trying to coordinate a date and place and we hold a monthly play day. We seem to get more people involved that way. If one can't make it, they can come the next month.
