Well, I don't know anything about a club, but I thought I'd let you know that we're only about two hours from Birmingham.

There is an annual Boxer Bash in Jacksonville, AL. You can see pictures on Rockin' "P" Rescue's website. I've not made it to one yet, but I'm hoping to next time! :D

I would LOVE to start a Birmingham Boxer Club also!!! I am totally addicted to this breed...they are so smart and funny! You can always tell a "Boxer Person" because they come running up to us wherever we are. The "Non-Boxer People" run the other way 'cause they think my 5 month old, 40 pound BABY is going to bite them! ha....little do they know they'd only get licked to death!

I'm in too! My neighbors are all so scared of Lucy!! Of course it doesn't help that she is timid and may really bite them until she gets to know them. She really is a sweetheart once she is used to you

Just a side note since this is about the Birmingham area- I saw the most beautiful brindle boxer running loose off of Shade Crest Road yesterday! I tried to catch it, but it ran off into the woods- I hope it found it's way home:(

Where is Sunhill Road?? I am assuming that the baseball field is completely fenced in? I would love to go somewhere that I could let Bear just run free and play with other dogs and not worry about getting loose in the road or running away. I have not found that place yet because everywhere I go it says No Trespassing. So, if you guys who are in or close to Birmingham know of somewhere like that....please tell me and maybe we can all meet on a Saturday. I get tired of being pulled around by Bear whereever we go!! (Mama needs a break!).
