I'm in NoVa but didn't hear about this! I would have been so angry, I would have kicked that guy!! Animal abuse is really, really, really frowned upon by law enforcement up here. You can bet that guy is in some really big trouble.

I have to agree with Vela...what's going to happen but a slap on the wrist, maybe a few $$ from his wallet, and then he's free to do that again! So infuriating it makes me sick! I know I would have been in jail. I am not a violent person,but, well I'm sorry...when it comes to my kids..skin and fur, I am a mother bear with her cubs!

There was a similar situation last year when I lived outside Nashville. A 2lb. yorkie ran up to some guys outside and one drop-kicked him and killed him. Luckily, the police found him and charged him with cruelty to animals. Hopefully, this guy will get the same. I think a year or so in jail should do the trick.

I have to say that if anyone even kicked my dog once I'd lash out on them physically but for someone to repeatedly kick this poor dog, I'd definately be in jail for doing alot of lashing out on his ass. Some people make me so sick I just don't understand how anyone can act like that.

OMG! That makes me sick to my stomach! I will NEVER understand the hatred and stupidity of some people. I feel sooo sorry for that poor baby and her mother. They would still be trying to pull me off that man!

How horrible!!
There was a guy a few years back in my town that drove down the street for almost five miles dragging his dog that had fallen out the back of his truck (attached to a chain to keep him from running away) and everyone was honking and screaming at this guy to stop but he kept on driving, finally someone pulled in front of him and he stopped; too late, the dog was dead of course. He ended up with 2 years in jail!! People were just infuriated here, everyone involved testified against him which helped alot!!
I feel so sorry for that woman, I know if it would have been me I would have taken my baby straight to the vet and told my husband to kick his a--!! I'd bail hubby out of jail later!!
