Hey there all,
I'll try my best to write this in english, Me and my boxer dog live in Iceland - with not much experiance to his condition.

It all began when he swallowed a ball (he was 2 years then with no problems like this before) that was too big for him to get rid off by himself, so it had to be removed with surgery. Surgery went fine and my boy recovered. But had difficulty with eating when we put him back on his dry food ( after few days on wet food from Hills vet diet). He started vomiting and had a little loose stool. After many tries of different dry kibble and all sorts of stomach/acid medication (steroids seemed to work) we put him on raw diet. And wow that worked immediately! Now he is 5 years old and has been sick every now and then. His symptons are vomiting, stomach noises, caughing, nausia and depression. It always starts with him drooling and licking everything he can. Then the nausia starts, and so comes the vomit ( sometimes he vomits food, sometimes bile) . He doesnt want to eat when he is in that condition - but when he finally eats, he gets so much better. He often tries to eat something outside when he is like this exspecially grass - and usually becomes even more sick then. Prednisolone steroids seems to help him, thats the only thing i have tried that has worked. It just seems like he is getting worse these days, and we are not able to control it as well as we used to :( it makes me so sad and I dont really know what to do.. I wanna help him but I dont want him to live and suffer in pain. The pain is very bad - and becoming more often. He is the best dog in the world, i would do anything for him. The vets here dont know a lot about this, so I ask for adwise and hope for the best <3 thanks so much.
