Boxer has had rash for 2 weeks

we have to boxers that will be 6 in March. They are litter mates. One of our dogs hs had a rash that has been coming and going for 2 weeks. It was hives for a while, now it looks like a pinpoint rash. It's mostly on her belly, chest and ears. Our other boxer is completely fine. Any idea what it is? Any suggestions on how to heal it? She's eating, drinking and going to the bathroom just fine and doesn't seem crazy itchy.

Poor baby! Try putting small amount of coconut oil on it a couple to three times a day. It is an antifungal as well as a antibiotic so if it is an infection it should clear it up.

Coconut oil sounds like a good idea. In case it is an allergic reaction you also might try giving some Benedryl. Make sure it is plain Diphenhydramine Hydrochoride, as some Bendryl's have added ingredients.

When does it seem to come and go? After she's been outside? After laying down? It sort of looks like the rash Caney used to get from laying in the grass. Caney used to be sensitive to lots of things (grass, fleas, topical flea treatment, scented laundry detergent, certain ingredients in dog food... Just to name a few.) We ended up changing a lot of things for her but overall what helped her the most was switching her to a limited ingredient food. She no longer has reactions to all the other stuff since we changed her food.

Agree with above - looks like rash Cooper gets when has been running in tall grass. He gets bumps all over his chest and belly. Give him benedryl and try to keep him out of grass for few days. Seemed to be worst in Spring and small outbreak again in Fall.
