Okay my earlier post seems to have disappeared so I thought I'd post it again!
Without Borders Boxer Rescue (www.boxerrescue-la2ca.com) is planning their first fundraiser!!!! We're very excited and are planning a SWIMATHON, that's right a SWIMATHON!!!!! We're planning on doing it on a Sat or Sun in early December and at the same time have Santa photos and a bake sale (Santa's going to be my hubby for anyone who knows us!) The swimathon will require signed up pups to collect pledges and then have a fun time in the pool with a doggie swim instructor. The event will be held at K9H20 a canine aquatic center in Abbotsford. Have you ever wondered if your pup could swim, well with trained instructors your pup will get some time in the pool with or without a life jacket depending and will help a great cause! If the boxers who sign up can get 10 of their friends, family and co-workers to pledge $5 each that's $50 towards Boxer Rescue!!!! We're going to have a great time!
Right now I'm just putting my feelers out to see if anyone would be interested! The santa photos and bake sale can be enjoyed by anyone and this event won't be limited to boxers but to all dog lovers! I think it would be a great time!
