$15-40?? Wow. I live in St. Louis and all the places I've been looking at charge between $500-600 a ton!!!!!! Unless I've been doing my conversions wrong-- a ton is 2000 pounds, right?

OK. I'm not good at numbers/ figures. etc.. so.. What does : £56 a ton and £25 stand for in U.S. dollars...?????
Am guessing that around here, the delivery would cost alot.. Out here in the "boonies".. everything is a wee bit higher...
Am wondering if Home Depot may carry these rocks.. Shoot..I walked out to the driveway and scooped up a few bucketfulls to put in dogs garden 'til figure out where I'm going to get mine!

I did get some prices here in E. Texas.. 3/4 inch gravel cost 35.00 a yard and a dump truck holds 7 yards. Then a flat fee of 70.00 to deliver since we are out in the country.
