Completely Boxer Crazy
We had a Chevy Blazer for years but as our dog household grew in size and number we had to consider a larger vehicle.
We actually shopped with the dogs in mind. It was funny to see the look on the salesmans faces when I made comments like "It is too small for three dogs." "That gap in the floor does not look safe." "The windows are too high/low." "The floor slopes funny. The dogs will not feel safe." On a couple of occasions we actually took the dogs with us for test drives.
We ended up loving the Mercury Mountaineer. It has three rows of seats. They fold down nicely and easily accomodate our three dogs with plenty of room for additions.
Personally, I think the minivans with the stow and go seats would be incredible because it is lower to the ground and easier for the dogs to get in and out but I am not a soccer mom. I am a furkid mom and I prefer the style and size of an SUV.
