Have you ever found something super neat with a boxer on it? I love looking for boxer paraphanalia! The best piece I have ever procurred is (if you can believe it or not) a boxer weathervane made out of wrought iron! It is so great! My husband and I got it as a wedding gift from some friends of ours that know how crazy we are for boxers! It's on the fence post at the front of our house for all to see! I also love those antique (royal doultan I think) porcelain boxer figurines. In fact I have been scouring the antique and flea market for one of those or a Boston terrier as well. Anybody else find anything neat?

Funny you should mention that..... I've been browsing e-bay lately to see what they have. I've seen BOTH of the items you mentioned. Haven't found anything I just HAD to have(and could afford) yet though.....:D

I collect the vintage figurines but love all boxer items and my collection is growing. My favorite piece is a brass medal from a Russian dog show that says "Boxer, 3rd place winner" in Russian.

Wow! I just went on ebay and found a boxer throw blanket that was beautiful and a bronze little boxer figurine! Roxanna where do you usually look for or find these vintage pieces?

Boxer mail box topper

Right before my birthday last year, my BF was at a swap meet and found an antique metal boxer that sits on top of a mail box. He bought it for me, of course. I've never seen anything like it. I added it to my growing collection!:p I'm about to run out of room on top of my curio cabinet where I have boxer figuines of all colors, shapes and sized, cups, tiles, pictures and stuffed boxers. Above that on the wall I have a carved wooden boxer head, more tiles and have just started getting the boxer plate series from Danbury Mint. On Christmas Day, my sister asked if that was my boxer shrine. Indeed, it is!

Mostly ebay but I have found some of my figurines at a local antique store.

Cheryl that sounds great ! It sounds like you have quite a collection. My friends father actually has made two wooden boxer heads. They are flat and hang on the wall. He used different types of wood to get the fawn and brindle look. They are absolutely beautiful!

Christa,
My wooden boxer head is also flat and uses different woods. The artisan does an inlay called "intarsia" and it's just beautiful. The one I have is a flashy fawn with cropped ears - the only style he does. Both my dogs are non-flashy brindles, one with cropped ears! But it doesn't matter, it's a beautiful piece of artwork.
