Completely Boxer Crazy
Last Friday I was talking to a man I work with. He was telling me how his daughter had just come back from the doctor's and was diagnosed with bronchitis. He said she had medicine to take and should be feeling better shortly. He also went on to tell me that his two year old male boxer had started coughing the night before so he took him to the vets fearing he might have something caught in his throat. Well, it turns out his boxer has bronchitis too!! So now they both are on medicine. have never heard of animals getting bronchitis but I guess they can!! Isn't that weird? Has anyone else had an animal to get a human sickness before? I would have never thought!!

Yes, one of my girls, Chy, had it last year. She started coughing so I took her to the vet. He gave her some meds and within a couple of days she was doing a lot better.

It is not uncommon for animals to get some of the same infections we also do. A few of the others......pnemonia, strep throat, tonsolitis, etc.
