Boxer Bash in Iowa?

Abby has never been lucky enough to go to a Boxer Bash, but I was wondering if there would be anyone in the Des Moines or Quad Cities area willing to put together a Boxer Bash? Or if anyone would even be interested?

We live in Central Illinois and would be able to attend a Quad Cities bash but Des Moines would be a bit far, although it would be a good excuse for me to see my sister who lives in Des Moines. :D

A Boxer Bash sounds like fun, what do you do at them? What all would be involved in getting one started in Des Moines? I would be willing to help get one started. If you are still interested, let me know maybe we could get one set up.

Okay, it appears that everyone is starting this up again...and it's summer, so what would be a better time?

Does anyone seriously want to do this? How do we go about it? Has anyone been to one or organized one before? That would be helpful I think.

Do you see our girls?!?! They are mirror TWINS!!! Which means that they absolutely have to meet! How old? What's her name? Abby is now two. Where is your little one from? OOOoo, let's work on this boxer bash and get them all together. We need to find people who have done this before...hmmm...

Abby is very adorable!!!! I don't know why anyone would ever think that a white boxer is bad!! My little girls name is Max (I know its not really a girly name, but Max isnt really a girly dog), she is 6 1/2 months old and we got her near Iowa City from a breeder. We love her to death!!!
I have no idea where to start to plan for a boxer bash, but we have obedience class tomorrow and Lily's mom is a foster for the boxer rescue and she may have some info., I will let you know if I find anything out.
