Boxer Baby Needs Help

I don't know if I am allowed to post this or if it is in the right place. My sister found this little guy on petfinder. He needs a lot of help and good vibes. I really wish I was financially able to take him home. I am going to send what I can. My sisteris also looking into getting him into some programs to help with the surgeries at UGA. ( she is in pre-vet school there).

Poor little guy! Looks like the previous owners had enough interest in him to get Christmas pictures done when he was healthy but not enough to get him the proper medical care.
