Bouncing in a winter wonderland!

Well, winter is here. I dont know if I'm ready for it or not, but Adam LOVES it!!! When we woke up this morning, we had one inch of snow on the lawn. I put the pups out and Adam goes running off the steps, slides across the lawn into the fence, licks the snow, takes off running across the yard, wipes out in the snow, and goes again!! he was so funny!! Then on our walk, Adam is bouncing, biting snowflakes Silly puppy!!

Then there is Evie.... She HATED her walk this morning- at least she wasnt cold cuz I just bought her a new hoodie! She doesnt like to go for walks in the wet weather, but Watch out in the back yard!!! LOL She was running after Adam and tackling him!!!

What a fun morning for the pups!

We've had our snowfall too...Buster's first. He love's it. I have noticed, however, that his paws are kind of raw. Best way to describe it is it looks like you can see the meat through his white feet. Just really raw looking. That snow is really abrasive up here this time of year because it is the wet snow. He doesn't seem to mind it. Perhaps, he'll get used to it and get callused? Anyone have any experience with this? I'll get him the shoes if I have to, but I'm afraid he'd no longer be the fastest dog in the park.

Snow WOW I can't wait to see Dakota in her firts snowfall should be interesting.. I hope she likes it since we tent to get a few months of it

SNOW already?!! Yuck. I'm sure Ginger will love it,but not me! We had 48 inches in 1 day last year! Usually we get to mid November or so before it starts but then when it does it will be here til April or may.Yuck..

We had our first snowfall last week, and I was nervous about whether Willis would go outside or not. But as soon as he saw it, he ran out to pounce on it and play. It's hard to get him back inside!
