Bottle fed puppy?

I found a reputable breeder and have just learned that there is a puppy available for me now, been waiting 2 months. My concern is that the litter the puppy is from was bottle fed. The breeder has kept the puppies for 10 weeks and is now willing to let them go. Are there any health concerns regarding bottle fed puppies? He currently weighs 10 pounds at 10 weeks.

Do you know why the puppy was bottle fed? What else do you know about the breeder? I would be more concerned about whether all the required health testing was done etc.
