He seems to be a little restless but still in his usual high spirits.
I know this isnt really related to the thread title but I was looking at his incision and it looks like its at the base of his penis and not on his little coin purse. -humor- Is that normal? (I dont wanna choke the MB with another thread so thats why Im asking it here).
I wouldve thought they wouldve cut his scrotum to gain access but that doesnt seem to be the case. Maybe they needed to cut higher to access the vas defrins and blood supply???????

My foster was just neutered, and the stitches is on his "taint" . Ya know, between the goodies!

They don't cut the sac, it's closer to the base of the penis......sounds like your guy has it in the right place!

Ivy gets the reddish/purplish color at the base ofher nails too. My vet gave me a shampoo called Malaseb (something like that - I can look up the real name if you are intersted). I used a soft vibrating tooth brush and cleaned her nails and the base of her nails every day. It did eventually go away. Sometimes, it tries to come back, but I nip it as soon as I see it.
