Try giving her some yogurt. Antibiotics themselves can cause diarrhea and the yogurt helps to keep the stomach's good bacteria in check. Antibiotics can wipe out good and bad bacteria in the stomach. When Colby was on antibiotics, I put his pill in a small piece of bread, dipped it in yogurt, and gave it to him. He loved it! I usually gave him a few extra pieces of bread with yogurt so that his stomach got some extra yogurt.

I looked up this parasite online & it stated sometimes it takes up to a month of treatment before it will go away =( Hope your baby feels better soon =)
