WOW! The people here are amazing.

I am so thankful for each and everyone of your posts. It really helps get throught the pain knowing that there are lots and lots of others who understand what I am feeling. I never imagined so many posts to me since I am relativly a new member. It feels like I have received a hug from each and everyone of you..thank you for caring! Your caring helped to seal up a huge hole in my heart that Blizzy's passin left.

I received a sympathy card from the vets office today. I read it once and smiled..then read it to my hubby..that time I lost it. The personal note the vet that helped my girl into peace was so sweet and filled with sincerity. My tears come and go. There are times when I can look at pics of my girl and smile and even laugh thinking of some of the really DUMB things she did..and other times those same memories that made me smile and laugh make me cry. But time heals all wounds, and I know when Blizzy was physically here with me she would get very very upset if I cried. Trying her best to make me stop, took a lot out of her. So I try to remember how she hated seeing me upset and I try to put on the brave face so she can see from The Bridge that Mommy is going to be okay.

Again my heartfelt thanks to each and everyone who posted, and to those who just read my babys story.

I am so sorry to hear about your sweet girl. I am sure she knew how loved she was and was glad to have you there with her to let her go to the bridge. She will be your boxer angel now. :)

So sorry about Blizzy

I just read your post about Blizzy and just wanted to say how very sorry I am. We lost our white Boxer boy Boe, it will be 4 years this coming August and now my brindle Boxer, Petey has just been diagnosed with bone cancer. I know how you are feeling now. They are all playing in God's dog park now and having a ball free of pain.

Always remember the great times you had with her. Take care.
