No, white Boxers and American Bulldogs are two totally separate breeds. They sometimes look similar (depending on the line of ABs) and many ABs are white, which probably leads to the confusion.
Oh, and while dogs in a Boxer of today's immediate pedigree might never have been near a Bulldog, that is how the breed started (English Bulldog, that is) - so it's in _everyone's_ lines
