Birthday "Cake" Ideas

Little Doofer is going to be 1 on the 22nd! It has been a crazy year! I want to make him a special treat for his birthday and google has only been slightly helpful. Hoping someone here would have a recipe for us

I'm looking for grain free (also no fancy flours or oats) and hopefully no need to run to the store.

I have: Eggs, Peanut Butter, Bananas, Blueberries, Strawberries, Pumpkin, Yogurt, Green Beans, Spinach, Brocoli, and baking stuff.

I found this one, but I don't have any apples..I could get one, but as I just went shopping I would like to avoid running to the store just for an apple. LOL I was wondering if I could just switch the apple with banana or blueberries?? Would that turn out ok?

1 Egg
3 Tb Peanut Butter
1/2 Apple chopped
1/2 teaspoon baking soda

Mix together and bake

Here is a link to a past thread with a recipe, but it is not grain free. I made it for Oscar's first birthday and he and his canine guest loved it.
