Boxer Insane
I've been out the last couple of weekends shooting birds in the local forest preserve and a pond near my house. Mostly been using my D300 with nikon 180 f2.8 plus 1.4 tele-converter. The lighting wasn't always the greatest, and the sky was pretty gray for some of these,but I gotta use the little time I have. I am looking to upgrade to a better longer lens. Been looking at used nikon 300 f4's but then I came across an older Tamron 300 f2.8 (manual focus monster!). Any input would be appreciated! I think I am hedging towards the tamron monster because I do not always get great light. Here is a link to my birdwork...NikonDi's Photostream
