Bigger Boxers or smaller

Is there such a thing as getting a much smaller boxer, and others getting a much bigger boxer? Do females grow quicker than males or vice versa?

Although there is a Boxer standard, for showing and conformation, boxers really do come in all sizes. Some are huge and others are tiny. I've seen both yet, they are all boxer!!
