Behavior after having puppies

I have a female who had a litter of puppies 3 weeks ago and since she has had them I swear she has completely gone back to puppy habits. She messes on my floor, gets into food that normally she would not even dare to touch. I do not give the puppies any attention as far as hold or playing with them until they are about 2 1/2 weeks so I dont think she is jealous. What do I do about this? Any suggestions?

Is this her first litter?She could just be stressed .Maybie giving her a little bit extra loving and attension would helpI am personally not experienced with this but it could be a number of things.

no this is her 3rd litter and we try to give her more attention when she is out around the family, we dont bug her much when she is in with the pups
