Beau is lost

We live out in the country so I know what you mean. Ours take off on little trips all the time hunting with the neighbor's dogs. Hope Beau is back by now being as it's probably dark there. Keep us updated

GOOD NEWS!!! Beau is home!! About 8pm last night I heard some scratching on the back door and it was our Buddy! Giving me the most patheic sad face you've ever seen! He knew he was in BIG trouble! He didn't look like a yellow lab anymore, more of a chocolate color...mud from head to toe! Greta was beside herself with joy. He was exhausted....could hardly stand up in the tub and after the bath went right to his crate and didn't make a peep all night. He got up this morning ate, did his business and went back to bed with Dad. Thank you everyone for all the good vibes and keeping us in your thoughts...I means so much!

I'm so glad Beau is home. He just went for an adventure but sounds like he's paying for it right now with achy muscles.

Thanks Thanks Thanks everyone! We are so happy to have him back. I hope he learned his lesson. I gave him a stern lecture while he was getting his bath and he just lowered his head and gave me a grunt.

Macon's Mom: I see you live in Lake Orion, that is such a pretty town! We drive through there 4 or 5 times a year on our way to the Palace...huge HUGE Detroit Pistons fans, and try to make as many games as possible!
