Zuko says all input is helpful in the destruction department, he is trying to get Cassius to open the doors that are always shut, he knows the motherlode of socks is just a sniff away! Why would he want to eat the couch, he already peed on it!:rolleyes: He agrees wholeheartedly that he needs help in the "eating of owners stuff department" but Cassius won't play that game with him. Something about not wanting to upset mommy, what a wimp!! On that note, I noticed that with Cassius during house training if I acted upset when there was an accident in the house, Cash seemed genuinely hurt, he would watch me clean it up and look sad, Zuko on the other hand, well he could care less! apparently I am there to serve HIS needs only!! Just a little more work I guess. He is a self centered little dude...

My beagle has quite a rap sheet of the "owner's stuff" category. Three remotes, a couple bags/backpacks, blankets, and the doozy is the corners of the carpet. Had to replace it before we sold the house. At least our furniture was metal and not wood. I'm sure she would have loved that.

We used to live in a house when she was a puppy, moved her to an apartment for a year and a half where she grew up quick, then back to a house with a new big back yard a few months ago. She has turned back into a puppy and has chewed up a few things since moving into the new house. The newest to her credit is corners of the window sills of a BRAND NEW house! AHHHH!!!! Now she is teaching her boxer sister the finer points of destruction, namely digging under the fence and escaping!

When Cash was a pup I did a good job of discouraging digging in the yard! He could be trusted! the other night I let him out and he was too quiet, you all know what I mean, and I walked out back turned on the light and there was a good sized hole and a Boxer looking all innocent with a muzzle full of mud and dirt! Zuko was quite proud of teaching his big bro a trick to freak mommy out!:p I swear I heard Zuko tell Cash that remote controls are considered a finer desert, but Cash aint buying it.... Yet..:eek:

Hey Jenn..
Benny wanted to pass along his list of destruction....
a pair of underwear eaten whole and then I had to induce vomiting to make them come up..
a very long shoestring that needless to say as he was pooping I had to get a leaf and pull it out of his butt and all I could think about was when a magician pulls out the material that is long and changes colors....
a whole box of chocolate covered caramels..he even unwrapped the box...
numerous pairs of sock..but he just eats the feet off....
i believes he ownes stock in victoria secret...i have several pairs of underwear that look like moths have eatten them..
18 giant size gumballs..
he got into the pantry and ate 2 pack of oodles of noodles, 1/2 box of atkins mint cookie bars..
and a 260.00 dental appliance.
I think that should cover it..anything we left out is small in the grand scale of things!!

My daughter wanted a beagle so we checked with beagle rescue and were told that beagles are great escape artists. Must be true judging from all the "Missing Beagle" flyers posted in the neighborhood.:eek:
