BooBoo & Riley

Completely Boxer Crazy
On Labor Day Monday, hubby and I took Courage and BooBoo to Fort Funston for a little outing. This is the biggest leash free doggy beach in the SF bay area... We were there less than an hour and we meet 6 other boxers there! It was like an un-planned boxer bash or something... it was too bad though that none of them are boxerworld members...

Everyone stopped to say hi to the puppy of course, but BooBoo had lots of fun as well meeting all the other boxers. This was Courage's first trip to the beach and she was completely fearless... she ran right up to dogs 10x her size to say "hello" and "please play with me". (she was saying hi to the Rottis, the Bermese Mountain dog, and the St. Bernard in addition to hanging with her own brother and her own kind)

Boxer Pal
It sounds like all of you had a blast. It is just like boxers to be the first one's to run over a say hello. Our girl, Dharma, was the same way. Completely fearless and very social.

Boxer Booster
We have a Doggie Beach (beach on Lake Michigan coast) here in Evanston, IL. Cole Loves it! He thinks he is a regular ole water dog. People always get a little nervous at first when a giant boxer comes running towards them at full speed, but as soon as they see his wiggle butt they die laughing.

Do your boxers swim? Ride the waves?

Cole also loves to roll in the sand. Now is that really necessary? Geez, thank god our babies don't have much fur and dry like seals! I always feel bad for the owners with long haired dogs. Cleaning and drying them must be near impossible!
