Funny, just think not very long ago in human history a human taking a bath every day would have seemed crazy and unhealthy. Just think maybe in a few years dogs will take just as many baths as we do.

Tomorrow will be Snoop's first bath
I read, with interest, this thread, because we are ready to give Snoop his first bath, from us.
So, today, I called him into the bathroom, ran some water, got IN the tub, playing with the water, Snoop didn't want anything to do with getting in.
I brought one of his favorite treats and put it in an empty tub, but he STILL wouldn't get in.
At suppertime, I put his dish in the tub! Finally he got in, and ate like a pig, like he couldn't wait to get out. I started the water running, very slowly. He noticed, and started drinking the water. Then he got out.
Later I called him in, and told him to get in the tub,....then to sit.....which he did. Very good Snoop!
A couple of hours later, my husband came into the computer room saying, "Guess what Snoop had?" And, showed me the tub plug, which he must have gotten into the tub to reach. Well, guess he's not afraid of the tub, anymore...what's next?? Will he get in, stand on his hind legs, and eat the soap?
