Bash in Washington soon??

I met everyone at Grandview last time and was looking for a puppy. We found a wonderful pup out of Canada and he would love to play with the big boys (and girls). I was thrilled to find a beautiful classic fawn boy from a great breeder that does all right things. It was quite a hunt, but totally worth it. I'm trying to figure out how to post his pictures and will soon. Looking forward to the tenth!

Congratulations Renee & Jasper!!!!!

At least there's some good news to offset my depressing news :( - I will be out town next weekend attending my 42 yr old cousin's funeral :( :( :(. All I can muster at this time is he died tragically, so... Diego and I will not be able to go to Grandview on the 10th. But the other weekends are fine right now.

Hopefully Astoreen will post an update - they may still be on vacation. Regardless, I can't wait to see you all again!!!!

Hi! Sportygirl and Everyone Else

I'm so sorry to here about your loss. Being a boxer lover I know what you and your boy must be going through. I lost my 10yr old boxer, Winston last March and that was one of my hardest ones!! My little boston terrier sat in the kitchen for a week howling...:(....... I know my boys up their running free and feeling good....and so is your girl.......

Well I would love to get Church out for a play day its been so long since we have been able to make down to the park and he really needs to get out and run, so we would like to see if any one is up for playing July 24th at Marymore or I'm even up to meeting up in the Everett or Shorline area anytime???

P.S. I live up in Lake Stevens and would love to met up with someone once a week, or once every couple of weeks just to let Church run and play.

So anyone up for July 24th Church would love to see his boxer buddies

Ronin really needs some doggie interaction of the Boxer persuasion - the 24th works for us too! Marymoor is great for me (I live in Duvall) but let me know a place/time and we will be there! If it's going to be a hot day - maybe we could get together earlier in the morning?

Oh yea appicon! Shaun, I had lost your email and so sad 'cause I didn't know if you still checked out this forum on BW - whew!

Let's plan on the 24th @ Marymoor since there's enough of us available to meet, and then perhaps meet at Grandview in August.

I agree with Megan that morning is preferable esp. if it'll warm - Diego can't hang b/c there's little to no shade at Marymoor. Just need to double check to make sure there's no concert.

Directions and Map

Remember to bring your $1 parking fee. It's helpful to bring WATER to drink, for dog & you. We always have a community water bucket but it helps if more than a couple of us can bring some, and a few towels won't hurt either, especially you have a water-dog. Poop bags are available on-site.

We'll meet at the front entrance by the snack/grooming wagon. Don't worry if you get there before or after, I'm sure you'll see us!

***Time is negotiable. Right now the forecast is 90+ degrees for next week :eek:! I'm waiting to hear back from a couple friends that may drive up from Tacoma/Puyallup, and even Lacey. If they aren't able to make it, then if it works for others, we can certainly meet earlier, esp. if it's 90!

Church and I are so excited to see everyone its been way to long. Church is beyond ready to play with his boxer buddies. So we are planning on seeing everyone around 10:00am on Sat the 24th.

A couple of us are going to meet at Marymoor this Saturday (7/24) at 9am. The weather guys (although, are they ever right????) are now saying that the temp is getting up to 92! Ronin and Diego don't do well in that heat, so we opted to go a little earlier. If anyone wants to join us, we'll be in the usual place
