Madison & Gunnar's folks are planning to go. Will I have to make an executive decision here...? Let me check the forecast and post back!

Okay, the weather keeps changing, imagine that?!

Let's meet this Saturday, June 12th @ Marymoor at Noon!

Remember it's helpful to bring WATER to drink, for dog & you. Poop bags are available on-site and if it's rainy/drizzly/wet a few towels won't hurt either.

We'll meet at the front entrance by the snack/grooming wagon. Don't worry if you get there before or after, I'm sure you'll see us ! And hopefully the next time we'll be organized, at least a couple weeks in advance .

Had a great time!

The weather was perfect IMO (sunny, partly cloudy, around 65 deg) and even though it was just Madison, Gunnar, Ronin & Diego from BW, we met many more there.

Hudson & Rex? - 7 mo old flashy littermates, one fawn, one brindle
and
Scout - pretty 2 yr old female fawn

Of course now I forget the others :rolleyes: - Megan, do you remember?

We're tentatively considering the Saturday AFTER July 4, but time & place have yet TBD. Most likely we'll meet earlier, around 10:30am, because we anticipate warm weather.

There was that cute little Boston, Kama, though and she should be an honorary boxer for being the Q.T that she is. There were those girls who walked by us with the boxer who didn't even say a word and then that flashy fawn one in the distance when we were walking out of the park. There was also that fawn one with the spiked collar whose owner seemed absent the whole time s/he was running around the area we where in. For the life of me though, I can't remember (specifically) meeting any other boxers.

Anyhow, about the weekend AFTER the 4th (July 10th), does anyone have an aversion to meeting up at Grandview again?? It's be nice if we could go back and forth between Seattle and the south end.................but that's only my opinion. I know it's not nearly as big as Marymoor but it can still be fun and there are shady areas to hang out. Just my two cents.

I remembered Roscoe's name, but not the little flashy fawn that was with him - thanks Trish! That one Fawn boxer with the black collar - was Cashes. Ronin was playing with that dog so much, I just asked the guy. Kinda strange that those people who walked by with their boxers - didn't even stop. That's not very Boxer-stalker like . Not sure about July 10th - but we will try to be there!

July @ Grandview

Anyhow, about the weekend AFTER the 4th (July 10th), does anyone have an aversion to meeting up at Grandview again?? It's be nice if we could go back and forth between Seattle and the south end.................but that's only my opinion. I know it's not nearly as big as Marymoor but it can still be fun and there are shady areas to hang out. Just my two cents.

Sounds good to me! I'll be around home over the holiday if anyone is interested in getting together that weekend too.

July 10th, count us in!

I met everyone at Grandview last time and was looking for a puppy. We found a wonderful pup out of Canada and he would love to play with the big boys (and girls). I was thrilled to find a beautiful classic fawn boy from a great breeder that does all right things. It was quite a hunt, but totally worth it. I'm trying to figure out how to post his pictures and will soon. Looking forward to the tenth!
