Bandit is waiting at the Rainbow Bridge

I finally lost my seven year old boxer, Bandit, on Thursday, March 8, 2001. He had been such a fighter, but finally gave up. This has been a very difficult process for both me and his companions, Jordan, an eight year old Chinese pug, and Latigo, a five year old female Boxer. The two dogs continue to look for Bandit. They look as though they are lost without him. I am so amazed at the wonderful support group of members that is located on this web site. You all reach out and comfort at such a tough time in some one's life.

It saddens me to once again have to say goodbye to another one of our boxer furbabies on this forum. My sympathies and prayers are with you all at this time. Jordan and Latigo are probably so confused right now, but with some extra love and attention from you they will come through this fine. Kailee had a very hard time for a few days after we lost Buddy three weeks ago, but seems to be coming along okay now, so I am sure your two will as well. She seems to have the odd day yet where she is searching for him, but so do we. I call these our "Buddy Days", but with understanding from each of us we are able to get through them.
