Bandit has lymphoma cancer :(

Just found out yesterday afternoon. I can't stop crying for my buddy. He's only 6 years old and I've had him since he was 10 weeks old. This morning I dropped him off at the vet to start a 26 week regimen of chemo. I pray he and myself make it through this ordeal.

Please send doggy healing vibes to my loveable boy.

Oh Kevin and Bandit, I am so so sorry. Boxers are tough puppies and their owners are even tougher. Stay strong. I know easier said than done, but he sounds like he has a wonderful human and you two can fight together. We'll be praying for you both and sending some good vibes. I spoke to Gunner and he said he is going to try and wiggle as many good vibes your way as he can.

Thank you all for the positve healing vibes and slobbery kisses . Bandit seems to be doing okay today. He ate his breakfast and has been drinking LOTS of water. We went for a short walk and you would never know he's sick....chasing after squirrels and wiggling his butt everytime another dog or person passed.

Just wondering if anybody has any experience or knowledge of combining chemo treatment and radiation? I've done some research and it seems like with using radiation in combo with chemo, the results are much better as far as full remission.

Bandit seems to be doing great. He's pretty much like his normal, playful self.

Also, any diet recommondations are welcome. Right now he is on TOTW Praire and I add a powder supplement called the Missing Link, Canine formula. He also gets Blue Buffalo biscuit treats (usually the Sweet Potato and Fish).
