Bald Spot

My 13 month old boxer developed a lump on his back about 4-5 weeks ago over a period of two days. The lump flattened out and he lost his hair where the lump was ( its about a quarter in diameter of no hair). My vet originally thought it was ring worm and after 2 different anti fungals the spot has not changed at all. She now thinks it may be a cyst. Has anyone had this sort of problem with thier boxer and if so how was it treated.

Here an article on Sebaceous cysts. Does this sound like what he had? They can be common in boxers. Or it could have just been a fatty cyst. They are common in many dogs and can occur all over the body! Without seeing it... it's hard to determine! Hoping this might help!
