Bad Gas

Anyone have any advice on how to help my Brody with his terrible affliction? I love him but the problem is only getting worse!! Help! ; )

Hi

Copper had the same problem for a sometime...I recently switched food over to caindae, he has been much better. I'm careful to never give him any fancy treats (spray cheese, cottage cheese, peanutbutter) aswell...stick with the boring ones, I don't think boxers care either way. This has helped Copper.

I give both of mine yogurt. They love it and it takes care of the gas.

All of mine have been nasty stinkers. They really get bad after they have had gravy on their food. I have yet to meet a Boxer that didn't share the LUV of death he he.

Yogurt

Yogurt has worked for Cadie. Just about half a spoonful with each bowl of food and the issue is under control for the most part. It's funny b/c now she won't touch her food until we drop the yogurt in! However, it doesn't always take care of the problem. My wife let the pooch clean up her unfinished bowl of beef stew the other night and we about had to move out. WOW!

Gas

the yogert thing really works, my boy had gas really bad and we started giving a tablesoon of plain yogert a day, and poof, no more gas
