We have a 10 month old Female boxer and an 18 month old skin baby. We went through a phase a couple of weeks ago where our boxer just would not listen to hardly anything we told her. Always under foot and right in the middle of things...constantly(couldnt even go to the bathroom without her). Anyway, I guess from hearing me say"Charlie...go lay down!" in a stern voice so much, that my son has decided that anytime some says the dogs name, he has to follow up by saying"GO....LAY DOWn". It is absolutely hilarious, he looks so serious when he says it, and on a good not, charlie listens to him...
. She actually minds him better than my mother-in-law that lives with us.
For being such a big, clumsy pooch she is amazingly gentle with our little boy. And he loves his Char-da-lee.
