Baby woo-woos

We've discovered that Zoie will sit there and literally howl or woo woo when one of the others steals her toy. It's the funniest think I've ever heard. She's so little and the sound she makes is hysterical. Her little smoosh face is flat as can be when she does it.

Anyone else have a baby that's real vocal but doesn't bark?

Our Paytons not exactly a puppy anymore- he's over a year- and he's not a barker at all-
but he woo-woos ALL the time- Happiness, displeasure, jealousy, supper, excitement- you name it- he is sooooo funny!
I love the look on his face, and the way he positions his mouth when he's doing it- Thats my baby!

Hagrid barks, woo woos, talks, yips...... any noise a dog can make! For any reason. He does all of the above especially if he is trying to get someone to play with him. I love his little voice when he's talking and woo wooing.

Mia is the same way, especially when she feels like talking back to us after she's told "No".

Bubbie doesn't bark very much, but he woo woos all the time. He has alot to say and he wants to make sure everybody hears his opinon on everything. He has his big grown up mans voice now and sounds like the wookie on Star Wars. Zoie sounds adorable!!

Jagger never makes any sounds other than an occasional whine. It's strange. The only time I ever really heard him bark was when a strange man walked behind our fence when we were outside, and Jaggers hair stood up like a mohawk down his back and he let out a growl then a very deep booming bark. It sounded like it was coming all the way from his toes. I really wish he would woo woo. I've never heard a Boxer do that and it sounds so cute!

 

[Sweet Ginny]

I wish Ginny woo-wooed more!! She doesn't very often, but when she does, it is ADORABLE! I am trying to teach her to "whisper" instead of barking in the house. When we play with her and she starts barking, I say "shhh whisper" usually she will start to woo-woo. I would love to be able to get her to do it on command!

But there is nothing like the baby boxer woo-woo! Especially when they first find their voices and they crack like a teenager! So sweet!

Gosh I'm jealous. I wish sissy would woo woo. Maybe she will soon. She does make other cute little sounds though.
