i thought i'd start a new thread in addition to starting on a new, and hopefully positive foot 
we just got back from our visit and man were those babies cute!! we were the first ones to visit so we had first pick and boy was it a tough decision! we ended up not choosing either of the 2 i thought we would actually. one of the babies faces was cut off in the pic the breeder sent me, so this was the first i got a good look at her.

she has almost a perfect arrow between her shoulder blades pointing towards her head. i don't know how i feel about fate and things happening for a reason, but it was almost like the arrow was pointing to her saying "this is the one, pick me." that probably sounds funny, but if ever tuff sent us a sign, i'd say that was it.

of course when we got there, all the puppies were napping and we had a hard time rousing them. they all got up when we got there, took maybe 2 steps, and fell back into sleep
. so it was hard to really get a feel for anyone's personality, making the decision that much harder. they were all ridiculously cute.
here's a few of the other girls. there are 3 boys also, but they were in another pen and i forgot to get pictures of them.

dh and i still need to decide on her name, wether or not we're going to re-use thora or pick something else. i still love thora.
so that's it they go see the vet on thursday (she uses a homeopathic vet) and we pick her up in 2 weeks. i'm really excited. it's a gorgeous day and normally i loathe a 4 hour drive (2 there, 2 back), but the sun felt so good today and the air smelled so sweet... it just felt good.
